Woke up in the morning with a Hurting leg .
I WALKED like a crippled when i finished bathing.
Extreme pain but.
Aft mum help me 'massage'- i felt much better :D

Why my leg hurts?
Mon: Napfa; 5 stations
thus, expecting pain in hands , stomach muscles & leg .
Tues: Sasugaha; As expected; Pain in the shoulders blade; leg , arms; stomach muscles.
Ran 1` rnd around the sch .
The cher said:" This 1 round helps u to relax ur muscles"
I literally believed and...
Today: OMG; I walked like a crippled. Is this what the tcher meant by: "relax muscles"? T,T
